We assisted Andela in creating various guides, reports, and white papers that summarize the insights gained from their innovations.
Events
We applied our event expertise to a variety of initiatives at Andela, including internal company culture campaigns and trade show booths. Our primary goal was to uphold brand integrity while also enhancing the brand's appearance to align with each event’s objectives. The event assets we created included logos, banners, and animated graphics.
One-of-a-kind Onedela
One of Andela’s most ambitious initiatives has been Onedela, a company-wide event that brought employees from around the world to Rio de Janeiro. The purpose was to strategize on how to better serve their business clients and enhance their global talent network. Andela aimed to create a sense of excitement and showcase the collaboration of their global team in building something innovative and valuable. The outcome was a vibrant and playful sub-brand inspired by Rio’s lively culture.
